Blackout Cage Fighting LLC was started in October of 2009. We strive to have the most QUALITY fights in mid Michigan. Our number 1 priority is pleasing our audience with excellent entertainment and keeping our fighters safe and happy. If you have not seen a show you need to come check us out! You will not be disappointed. For those of you who are not familiar with "cage fighting" or "mixed martial arts" it is not meant to be a cock fight or a bar brawl. Mixed martial arts is the sport of fighting. Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, and many other sports all come together to make the sport of mixed martial arts. We attempt to only bring in fighters with some level of experience.
Blackout Cage Fighting promises to bring action packed fights and quality shows. The promotion is owned by Mark Cosens and his two sons Christopher Cosens and Charlie Cosens. They have all grown up and lived in the tri-cities their entire lives. Charlie owns a mixed martial arts company called Cosens MMA. Christopher handles the marketing aspect of both the cage fighting
promotion and the mixed martial arts business. Blackout Cage Fighting sponsors all Cosens MMA fighters and helps them move forward as mixed martial artists. This promotion was made to give mixed martial artists a chance to display their talent in front of thousands of people.
